For more than a decade, Gabriella Marie has been planning celebrations with a thoughtful eye,
a steady presence, and an instinct for the details that make an event feel deeply personal.

As the founder and lead planner of Ella Events, she brings creativity, experience, and genuine care to every celebration, allowing her clients to feel supported throughout the process and fully present when the moment finally arrives.

Gabriella’s love for bringing people together began long before Ella Events. As a child, she proudly appointed herself the “Official Family Talent Show Planner,” turning even the smallest gathering into something worth celebrating.

That natural instinct led her to the University of Central Florida’s Rosen College of Hospitality, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in hospitality and event management. Her career was shaped through mentorship under one of South Florida’s leading planners, along with experience in event marketing, corporate hospitality, and philanthropic and nonprofit events.

In 2015, Gabriella founded Ella Events with the belief that planning should feel personal, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable. Today, she is known for her thoughtful approach, calm presence, and ability to transform each couple’s vision into a celebration that feels elevated, intentional, and completely their own.

When she isn’t planning love stories, Gabriella finds inspiration in interior design, fashion, travel, and the everyday details that make life feel a little more beautiful.

We used Ella Events for our wedding planning starting at 60 days out. Gabriella helped us tie up all of the loose ends pre-wedding and took over all communication with vendors (such a relief). On wedding day, she was calm, cool, collected and never batted an eye when I asked her to go up to my room 10+ times because I forgot things. She was able to wrangle all of our family & friends in a smooth organized manner and executed our wedding FLAWLESSLY, everything was on time and if there were any issues she found a solution without having to even ask us. She truly was able to read my mind and knew what I needed before I even asked. Her team was so sweet and their communication between each other was a big part of why our day went so smoothly. 100/10 could not recommend more. They were the BEST!!!!
